Deborah is a Fellow of the Institute of Internal Communication, sits on the Governing Committee for the International Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) Roundtable, headquartered in India and is also an Honorary Member of Della Leaders Club (DLC) having been invited to sit on the Global Leadership & Transformation Committee.
